Located in our Wolverhampton office, support is available and designed to be an easily accessible point of contact after you go live with our software. We have a personable approach for customer care, therefore our support department will get to know you and your business. The support team, available via phone, email and online portal, will provide day to day advice on the usage of the products and provide first line assessment on any of your queries.

Account Management

With the objective to maintain a close relationship with our clients, your dedicated account manager will have quarterly face to face meetings where possible to ensure you are getting the best out of our software and business. There to help support in pushing your business further through our technology and ensure the software is continuously enhancing the performance of your company.

Client Relations

Client relations is there to ensure the delivery of our service and products is always to the highest of standards. We will check in with clients and ensure they are receiving the support and help that we at Zeel promise to deliver.

Zeel Directors and CEO regularly review customer relationships and product usage with their colleagues, and wherever they feel feedback could be of benefit to a customer they will provide that feedback through the appropriate channels.

Projects

Our Prince 2 qualified projects team will provide you with in-depth knowledge of our solutions throughout your project process. They will advise, where needed, on ways to improve your current recruitment process through using our solutions, and will provide you with bespoke training to your business on your solutions.

Training

Additional training maybe required when taking on new business, new clients or new staff in the future. If this training cannot be delivered by your advanced user team, Zeel can provide additional training that we can scope and plan with your business to accommodate your needs.
