Spring in their step at Zeel Solutions
With the arrival of Spring and another financial year drawing to a close, Zeel Solutions reports record growth of its business over the past 12 months despite challenging conditions in the recruitment and human resource markets.
As a specialist supplier of software solutions to these markets, it realised that the reported £7.8bn downturn between 2008 and 2010 in the industry (The Recruitment Industry Trends 2009/10 survey) could easily have a detrimental impact on its ambitious growth plans. However, having created a team of recruitment and IT professionals with first-hand industry and technology experience, it has found that demand for its recruitment process outsourcing solutions has far outstripped expectations.
Reflecting the company’s positive position, having established itself as market leader in travel and subsistence in less than four years, it is in the process of expanding into new offices in its hometown of Wolverhampton and launching a bold new national brand and website. Rav Cheema, founder and managing director, explains: “Our clients have discovered the benefits that our solutions can bring to their businesses. We’ve taken recruitment process outsourcing to new levels. We are also proud of Ztravelex being a market-leading software solution that enables recruitment agencies to offer travel and subsistence directly to their temporary employees whilst maintaining compliance. Alongside this, our Zrecruiter and Ztimex solutions have seen continued growth.
Our new branding plays on our ability to take the complex issues that recruitment and HR professionals face, mix them with clever technology and come up with simple solutions that put them not just one but two steps ahead of their competitors.”
The company has seen rapid growth in its client base in the last 12 months and is
predicting continued demand in 2011 within its core markets of travel and subsistence, recruitment process outsourcing and corporate recruitment as industry professionals continue to exploit the benefits technology brings to their businesses in challenging times.
