HMRC have also centralised operations for all applications for dispensation from the recruitment sector, which now means they are a central point with specialist knowledge and as long as your business meets the set criteria that they are looking for you will be issued a dispensation.
The dispensation currently being issued is the benchmark scale rate for subsistence which entitles any worker that has worked over 5 hours and £10 for every workers that has worked over 10 hours for subsistence.
The average successful dispensation application is currently taking approximately 6 to 8 weeks as long as you submit all the relevant evidence to HMRC.
